Tonka Bean: Dipteryx odorata is a beautiful flowering tree species belonging to the pea family (Fabaceae), often referred to as "cumaru" or "Brazilian teak." This tree species is native to northern South America, and its seed is called the tonka bean. Due to their high coumarin content, the beans have a strong aroma, giving them a sweet vanilla scent.

Vanilla Absolute: Vanilla planifolia is a species of the genus Vanilla, belonging to the orchid family, found in several regions, including Mexico, Central America, Colombia, and Brazil. This evergreen climbing plant has a high vanillin content, making it a popular source for vanilla flavorings.
