Wild Orange

Cold pressed from the peel, Wild Orange is one of doTERRA’s top selling essential oils due to its energising aroma and multiple benefits. High in monoterpenes, Wild Orange possesses soothing qualities for the skin that makes it a pleasant addition to beauty products.

Lemon

One of doTERRA’s top-selling essential oils, Lemon has multiple benefits and uses. Lemon is frequently added to food to enhance the flavour of desserts and main dishes. Lemon has an uplifting, energising aroma.

Grapefruit

The name “grapefruit” is attributed to the fruits growing in clusters which resemble those of grapes. Commonly known for its sour and tangy taste, grapefruit is the rotund, yelloworange fruit of an evergreen citrus tree. Grapefruit essential oil is derived from the rind of this fruit and is cherished for its many uses and benefits as well for its refreshing aroma and robust flavour.

Bergamot

Bergamot is the most delicate of the citrus plants, requiring a special climate and soil in order to thrive. In Greece, the unripe fruits are eaten by the spoonful as a dessert or with coffee. Bergamot is also unique among citrus oils because of its ability to be both uplifting and calming. Bergamot has been used for hundreds of years to promote calm and rejuvenate the complexion.

Red Mandarin

Also known as Tangor and Temple Orange, Red Mandarin has a sweet, citrusy and slightly floral aroma similar to that of an orange. The peel of the mandarin fruit is used to make three different essential oils: Green Mandarin, Yellow Mandarin and Red Mandarin. Red Mandarin essential oil comes from the most ripe mandarin fruit. Like many other citrus oils, Red Mandarin essential oil is a by-product of the fresh fruit industry. Mandarin fruit that cannot be sold to the fresh market, because of bruising or other aesthetic deficiencies, is pressed for both juice and essential oil. Red Mandarin is said to be the sweetest of all citrus oils and blends well with many different essential oils.

Green Mandarin

Pressed from the unripe fruit of the mandarin tree, Green Mandarin essential oil is unique among citrus oils in its flavour and uses. Similar to other citrus oils, the sweet and slightly floral-scented Green Mandarin is a great way to add a refreshing taste to water, salads, and other dishes!

Lime

Cold-pressed from the peel of fresh limes, doTERRA Lime essential oil is refreshing and energising in both aroma and taste. Limes are frequently used in entrées and beverages for their fresh, citrus flavour.

Litsea

Litsea cubeba is an evergreen tree or shrub belonging to the Lauraceae family. Its fruit produces Litsea – a lemon-like essential oil. Being native to East Asia, Litsea has a long history of traditional use by the indigenous people of Taiwan and has been widely distributed in Japan, Taiwan, Southern China and Southeastern Asia. Geranial and neral are also found in Lemongrass which has very similar scents and properties.

Tonka Bean

Dipteryx odorata is a beautiful flowering tree that belongs to the pea family, Fabaceae and is commonly known as 'cumaru', 'kumaru', or 'Brazilian teak'. This species of tree is native to Northern South America and its seeds are known as tonka beans. These beans are highly fragrant due to their high content of coumarin, which gives them a sweet vanilla scent.

Vanilla Absolute

Vanilla planifolia is a variety of vanilla orchid that can be found in several regions, including Mexico, Central America, Colombia and Brazil. This evergreen vine has a high vanillin content that makes it a popular source of vanilla flavouring.

Uses

• Add Citrus Bliss to Fractionated Coconut Oil and use in an uplifting massage
• Put 1 drop on your wrist and rub both wrists together for a great everyday perfume
• Start your day off in a positive mood by applying Citrus Bliss in the morning to invigorate and energise

Directions for Use

For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil. For topical use only.

Possible skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your doctor if pregnant or in treatment. Avoid eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Avoid sunlight and UV rays for at least 12 hours after applying.
