Cedarwood

Known for its rich hue and warm, woody scent, Cedarwood essential oil provides a myriad of benefits for skin. Cedarwood is regarded as one of the most grounding oils and helps to promote a calming environment at the end of a long day. It is native to cold climates, thriving in high altitudes and growing up to 30 m. When applied topically, Cedarwood has clarifying properties. Additionally, Cedarwood is frequently used in massage therapy to relax and soothe the mind and body.

Myrrh

If Frankincense is the “King of oils”, then Myrrh is certainly in the royal court. Its use to improve the appearance of skin makes it a key ingredient in dōTERRA Salubelle and many other skin care products. Used historically in meditation and embalming, Myrrh continues to be a precious and important oil in any essential oil collection.

Frankincense

One of the most prized and precious oils due to its rich aroma, Frankincense is often referred to as the “king” of essential oils. Centuries ago, ancient Egyptians used Frankincense resin for everything from perfume to salves for the skin. Vetiver

Vetiver, a member of the grass family, is grown for many reasons. Cistus

Also known as Rock Rose, Sun Rose, Rose of Sharon and Labdanum, use of Cistus for perfume and incense was known in Biblical times. For centuries, Cistus has been used during meditation and for other benefits.

Uses

• Add a few drops to a warm, relaxing bath.

Directions for Use

For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml carrier oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml carrier oil. For perfuming, mix 1 drop to 10 drops carrier oil. For topical use only.
